Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the z7com Platform. Upon successful registration, z7com will create an Account in your name. You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity.

You must notify z7com support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach affecting your login credentials. z7com is not liable for any losses sustained as a result of unauthorised Account access where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
z7com reserves the right to conduct periodic reviews of Accounts for compliance with these Terms and applicable regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any such review, including providing identity documentation, address verification, source of funds documentation, or any other information reasonably requested by z7com within the timeframe specified.
z7com accepts deposits exclusively through the following payment methods, all of which are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR):
The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by z7com; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits, which are beyond z7com's control.
z7com does not charge any fee on deposits made via Pakistani payment channels. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of fifteen (15) minutes depending on payment provider processing times. If a deposit is not reflected in your Account within thirty (30) minutes, you should contact z7com support with your transaction reference number.
All funds deposited into z7com Accounts must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. z7com does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits found to originate from third-party sources may be reversed, and the Account may be suspended pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to z7com's verification and compliance procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000.
Before processing any withdrawal, z7com may require the completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC or passport), proof of address, and where applicable, proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being suspended or cancelled.

You may close your z7com Account at any time by submitting a closure request through the Account settings page or by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any real-money Balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days.
z7com reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z7com holds its gaming licence. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the ADR process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
